An alleged incident with campus security at Finger Lakes Community College resulted in a 19-year-old Canandaigua woman being arrested on a warrant.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined Joanne Luongo had an active warrant out of Hopewell Town Court for failure to appear on a criminal mischief charge.
Luongo was taken to Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
