A 47-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a bench warrant issued by the town of Seneca Falls for failure to appear.
Kristie Pontius had previously been arrested and convicted of petit larceny and failed to appear after sentencing.
Pontius was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
