Larceny and drug possession charges have been filed against a Penn Yan woman following an investigation into incidents at the Geneva Walmart.
Jennifer Race is accused of stealing $22.99 worth of merchandise from the retailer on Sunday and $106.15 worth of merchandise on Monday. At the time of her arrest, Race was allegedly found in possession of two controlled substances which she did not have a prescription for.
The 35-year-old was released on appearance tickets.
