Three inmates at Five Points Correctional Facility are facing assault charges after officials say they started a fight with corrections officers last year.
State Police and the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office investigated the incident which occurred on January 31st of 2022 where inmates Jayvon Mulzac, Ernastiaze Moore, and Darrin Jones are alleged to have begun the fight in the Romulus prison’s mess hall.
All three men were arraigned in Seneca County Court on felony assault charges.
