A Steuben County man has been charged with petit larceny by State Police.
25-year-old Tyler Leasure, of Addison, is accused of leaving a Walmart store in Horseheads without paying for a number of items.
Leasure was issued an appearance ticket for Horseheads Town Court before being transported to the Village of Horseheads Police Department on an active arrest warrant.
