PC: Ed Vivenzio Residents concerned with the health of Owasco Lake were at Cayuga-Onondaga Boces Tuesday night to learn how to protect their lake. Grassroots group Save Owasco Now held a meeting to let the public know about the lake’s declining health and what they can do to help save it.
