The two local men arrested for murder in Waterloo last September will make separate appearances in court for pre-trial hearings starting next month.
The Finger Lakes Times reports a Huntley Hearing for 36-year-old Christopher Kesterson, of Phelps, is scheduled for February 27th and for 37-year-old Wayne Ellison, Junior, of Waterloo, on March 13th.
The men are accused in the September 30th shooting death of William Waugh, a former Waterloo resident, at a home on Route 96. Both face second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
