A Seneca Falls man has been arrested on two separate cases by Seneca Falls Police.
Timothy Fridley was charged with burglary and criminal mischief, both felonies, for his involvement in a burglary that occurred last September at the Waterloo Fast Lube in Seneca Falls. Fridley is accused of entering the business after hours and causing property damage.
Fridley was also charged with criminal impersonation, obstructing governmental and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle stemming from a traffic stop on December 15th on East Bayard Street. He is accused of providing police with a false name and date of birth to avoid his suspended license from being discovered. The false name was an actual person whose license was also suspended.
Fridley was sent to Seneca County Jail following his arraignments.
