On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 11:43 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Frank A. Charella, age 33, of Rochester, New York following a traffic stop on Ovid Street. Charella was originally stopped by police for a motor vehicle registration violation. The vehicle he was operating was not displaying a front license plate as required by New York State. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Charella’s drivers license and operating privileges were suspended a total of three times. Charella was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and no front plate. He was released from the scene. Charella is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 23, 2019, at 9:00 am.
