President Donald Trump will speak to the nation tonight about the need for a wall to be built at the southern border of the United States with Mexico. Congressman Tom Reed believes the President’s first Oval Office speech will be enough to persuade some that are against the idea.
The administration is also at least talking about the idea of declaring a national emergency to allow Trump to move forward on the wall without Congress approving the $5.6 billion he wants. Congressman Reed was asked about that possibility.
