It’s going to be a busy 2019 for the Auburn Downtown BID.
Executive Director Stephanie DeVito said on Monday’s Finger Lakes Morning News it started with the move to the new office in the Equal Rights Heritage Center, which has had over 3,000 visitors since the November grand opening.
She added there’s some internal changes in the works and a goal of being a good community partner.
The agency also wants to bring more young people into downtown Auburn.
The Cayuga County Tourism Office has also moved into the Heritage Center, and the BID has already received interest from businesses looking to move into the agencies’ former homes on Genesee Street.
