A 27 year old Seneca Falls man is in Seneca County Jail on warrants out of two states.
Joshua Moriarity had an active bench warrant from Seneca County Court for failure to appear in October of 2015. It was believed that Moriarity fled to North Carolina at that time. This past Monday, the North Carolina Department of Corrections issued a parole warrant for Moriarity after he allegedly cut his electronic monitoring system and again, fled the state. It was later learned he was back in Seneca Falls and was staying with people he knew. Moriarity was subsequently arrested for both warrants without incident.
He is now in Seneca County Jail until his arraignment in county court. Moriarity is also being held without bail pending the fugitive from justice extradition back to North Carolina.
