A Lodi man is facing several charges stemming from an alleged domestic incident.
Deputies say 28-year-old Edward Robinson was in violation of an order of protection at the time.
Robinson is charged with criminal contempt, criminal trespass, and two counts of aggravated family offense, and is being held in Seneca County Jail on $10,000 bail.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 12/27/2018 at approximately 8:45 P.M. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Edward W. Robinson, 28, of 2110 W. Seneca Street Lodi for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree, Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree and two counts of Aggravated Family Offense. The arrest stems from report of a domestic between Robinson and the victim. Robinson violated a Class A order of protection by being at the protected party’s residence. Robinson was arraigned at the Central Arraignment Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $10,000 Cash or $20,000 bond. He is to reappear to the Town of Lodi Court on 12/31/2018 at 10:00 A.M.
