Ken McKimm, 88, of Stewart Street, passed away early Friday morning (November 16, 2018) at Geneva General Hospital.
Friends and family may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday (December 27) and from Noon to 1 p.m. Friday (December 28) at Mull Funeral Home, 113 N. Virginia Street, Waterloo. A Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with full military honors. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Oaks Corners N.Y. (*weather permitting)*.
Ken was born on August 27, 1930 in Driftwood, PA., the son of the late George and Violet (Hughr) McKimm. Before his retirement, Ken worked, for several years, for GTE Sylvania, Seneca Falls on the television tube assembly line. He served in the Army and was Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed vacationing with his wife Rosalie in Maine and Florida.
Ken is survived by his daughter, Virginia (Les) of Gorham, Maine; sons Kenneth, Jr. (Sherry) of Yulee, Florida and Michael (Candie), of Waterloo; grandsons Joshua (Jessica), Christopher and Jacob.; a great-granddaughter, Tori; his sisters Florence, Frances (Ron) and Janet (Frank); his brother, Thomas (Fern); many extended family members.
Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Rosalie A. “Ro” (Liberatore) McKimm, who passed away on March 18, 2005; his brothers George, John, Morris and sisters Anna and Jennie.
