2018 has overall been a good year for the City of Auburn.
That was the view of City Manager Jeff Dygert on Thursday’s Finger Lakes Morning News. He said keeping the many major projects throughout the year on track and on budget was a challenge.
He added it’s also a challenge to be responsible for keeping spending under control while dealing with the needs of the city.
Dygert also said the impact of the Equal Rights Heritage Center and continuing development of downtown Auburn through private projects and the Downtown Revitalization Initiative hint of an good year for the city in 2019.
