Retiring State Senate Deputy Majority Leader John DeFrancisco has long been a vocal critic of Gov. Cuomo and his ideas.
It was no surprise that in his last appearance on the Finger Lakes Morning News on Tuesday he was critical of Cuomo’s election reform plans, especially early voting.
Making Election Day a vacation day for everyone sounds beneficial, but he doesn’t see it that way.
