An Auburn man is dead, after a rollover crash in Savannah.
Troopers say 21-year-old Travis Burdick was driving westbound on Route 31 at around 7 o’clock Friday night, when his car left the road, struck a guardrail and embankment, then rolled over several times.
Burdick was pronounced dead at the scene.
An 18-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries in the accident.
The investigation into the crash continues.
On December 7, 2018, at approximately 6:58 p.m. the State Police in Wolcott responded to a 1car fatal motor vehicle accident on on St Rte 31 in the town of Savannah, NY.
The operator, Travis Burdick, age 21, from Auburn, NY was traveling westbound on St-Rte 31 when the vehicle left the road way, struck a guide rail and an earth embakment and rolled several times. Mr. Burdick was pronounced dead at the scene by the Wayne County Coroner, Dr. Daniel Koretz.
An 18 year old passenger in the vehicle had minor injuries and the investigation is coninuing.
