The third man charged in connection with the double murder that occurred in Sodus in late October pleaded not guilty Monday to a charge of conspiracy.
Bron Bohlar is accused of renting a car for Timothy Dean, the alleged gunman, and discussing plans for the murders of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn, with Dean and his wife, Charlene Childers. Joshua Niles was the former boyfriend of Childers and they had two children together. Bohlar is a police officer with the Sunray, Texas police department, the same department Dean was police chief of. Dean and Childers were each indicted last week on murder charges. They both pleaded not guilty.
All three suspects are in Wayne County Jail.
