A Dryden man is facing charges, after allegedly threatening someone with a knife during an altercation between the victim and a 3rd person.
Troopers have charged 25-year-old Zayne Wells-Burlingame with 3rd-degree weapons possession and 2nd-degree menacing.
Wells-Burlingame is being held in lieu of bail.
(Dryden, NY – November 30, 2018) – On November 25, 2018 at approximately 12:48 p.m., New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Zayne G. Wells-Burlingame, age 25 of Dryden, NY for the felony of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree and the misdemeanor of Menacing in the second degree.
Troopers responded to a domestic dispute at a trailer on Harbor Circle in the town of Dryden. Wells-Burlingame is accused of threatening a victim with a knife after a physical altercation between the victim and another person. After an investigation, Wells-Burlingame was arrested and arraigned in the town of Dryden Court where he was remanded in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
