Saturday Morning STEAM: Santa Parachutes

Santa’s sleigh is in the shop. Use craft materials to build him a parachute so he can deliver his presents on Saturday, December 1 at 11 am. Supplies provided. All ages welcome. No registration required.

Explore how people all over the world celebrate the holidays on Saturday, December 15 from 11am to 1 pm. Activities include crafts, games, and refreshments, with a special storytime at 11:30 am with local author, Susan Scheuerman. She will read her book The Adventures of Smokey: the Grouchy Neighbor with special guest, Smokey the Dog. Smokey will be signing books available for purchase. All ages welcome.
Family Fort Night
Thursday, December 27 at 5:30 pm
Join us for an after hours family event: build a blanket fort anywhere in the library, listen to a story, watch a short winter movie, and enjoy yummy snacks. All participants must be at the library by 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 27 to register. Register for the event at the Children’s Room Desk. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event. All supplies will be provided. Families are welcome to bring a flashlight if they would like.
Junior Scientists: Explore Electricity
