On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 6:27 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Glenda L. Torres, age 41, of Rochester, New York following a disabled vehicle complaint on State Route 89. Police were called to assist a motorist who appeared to be out of gas. During the call for service it was discovered that the vehicle operator, Torres, was operating the motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license. Torres’s drivers license showed a total of eight suspensions. Torres was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and operating without a license. Torres was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she will await arraignment. Torres will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
