On November 3, State Troopers arrested 33-year old Shane Hester of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, inadequate head lights, inadequate tail lights and inadequate plate light.
Hester was stopped on East Genesee Street in the City of Auburn for not having any lights on. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.
Hester was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .09.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Auburn Court on November 9.
