An arrest has been made in a Labor Day car crash in Steuben County that killed a 19 year old Pennsylvania woman.
An unidentified 17 year old male has been charged by State Police with criminally negligent homicide and falsifying business records, both felonies. The teenager is accused of providing false information to investigators regarding his involvement in driving the vehicle.
The car was traveling north on County Route 10 in the town of Cameron when it went off the shoulder of the road and overturned several times. Tessa Updyke was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect was sent to Steuben County Jail following his arraignment.
