On October 31, State Troopers arrested 30-year old Margaret McCurdy of Baldwinsville for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and inadequate tail lights.
McCurdy was stopped on State Route 370 in the Town of Cato for having inadequate tail lights. She was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.
McCurdy was transported to the Auburn barracks, where she provided a breath sample of .15.
She was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Cato Court on December 3.
