On October 27, State Troopers arrested 56-year old Milburn Perry of Moravia for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, possession of an open container and failure to dim head lights.
Perry was stopped on School Street in the Village of Moravia for failing to dim head lights. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Moravia barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .08.
Perry was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Moravia Court on November 13.
