Helen S. Kipp, 95, of Geneva, passed away on Saturday (October 27, 2018).
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 3) in the Presbyterian Church, 24 Park Place, Geneva, NY.
There will be a reception following the service at the church. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presbyterian Women of the Presbyterian Church in Geneva, NY.
Helen was born in Rushville, N.Y. on April 26, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Grace Carr Schnepp.
Helen loved her family and had many special caring friends with whom she had a wonderful social life. Helen particularly loved bridge and played right up to the last week. All her life she was active in the community and the last several years she enjoyed the Red Hat Society, the Geneva Women’s Club, and her church.
She is survived by her children Judith Kipp Heath of Wilmington, N.C. and Jason H. (Kathy) Kipp III of Geneva; her son-in-law, Dr. Donald Addona; four grandchildren Rick (Julie) Heath, Lauren A. (Michael) Romero, Kristin A. (Dan) Pontes, Mark (Heather) Addona; and six great-grandchildren Mike, Andrea, Grace, Lawson, Emily, and Alison.
In addition to her husband, Jason H. Kipp, Jr., Helen was predeceased by her daughter, Rebecca K. Addona.
Helen’s family would like to especially thank Sharon, Sandy, and Brenda for their special care of Helen.
