A Jordan man is accused of keying a pair of vehicles at the Elbridge State Police barracks.
39-year-old Gordon Pitre has been charged with 3rd-degree criminal mischief, as troopers say he became upset while waiting for friend who was being arrested.
Pitre was released on appearance tickets, and is due in Elbridge Town Court on Monday.
State Police arrested Gordon J. Pitre, age 39, from 6 Valley Drive Jordan, NY for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, a class “E” felony.
Pitre is accused of damaging two New York State Troopers personally owned vehicles while they were parked at the State Police Barracks in Elbridge, N.Y. The investigation determined, On October 9, 2018, Mr. Pitre was at the SP Elbridge station waiting for a friend who was being arrested and became upset and verbally abusive to the Troopers who were at the station. The damage to both vehicles included large scratches that were made by a key.
On October 25, 2018, Gordon Pitre was charged and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Elbridge Court on October 29, 2018 at 5pm.
