The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office believes they arrested an active drug dealer in the Waterloo community.
38 year old David Zona, of Waterloo, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling heroin and fentanyl in the area. When he was arrested, Zona was found to be in possession of approximately 40 baggies of fentanyl. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Following his arrest, Zona was sent to Seneca County Jail in lieu of bail.
