A 33 year old town of Huron man has been arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on charges of assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Police were sent to the Finger Lakes DDSO house on Clapper Road in the town of Huron for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Paul Debardlabon became enraged law enforcement was called and started to destroy a 65″ television before turning his anger toward an employee. He then allegedly grabbed the employee by the throat, started choking her and hit her head against the wall. A taser was deployed to control Debardlabon, who was taken into custody.
Following his arraignment, Debardlabon was released on bail.
