24th Congressional District Democratic Party candidate Dana Balter outlined her top priorities if she’s elected next month during an appearance on Monday’s Finger Lakes Morning News.
Universal health care has been at the top of her list since she announced her candidacy.
She also feels strongly that “big money” needs to be removed from the political landscape in Washington.
Balter faces a tough battle against two-term Republican John Katko. A Siena College poll in August gave him a 15 point edge, while the lastest Real Clear Politics analysis of the race calls it ‘likely GOP.’
