The investigation into a domestic disturbance early Thursday morning resulted in the arrest of a 35 year old Savannah man by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies arrived on scene at a residence in Clyde, Alan Warner, the Second, allegedly showed deputies a ceramic plate that had a straw and white powdery substance on it that he claimed was cocaine. During the investigation, Warner is accused of taking the plate to the kitchen sink and washed the substance off the plate. He was charged with felony tampering with physical evidence.
Due to his two previous felony convictions, Warner was sent to Wayne County Jail without bail.
