New criminal charges have been filed against a Campbell man following the investigation into a crash that occurred last Sunday afternoon on State Route 415.
Robert Neally, of Campbell, was arrested by State Police Wednesday on a felony vehicular manslaughter charge. According to investigators, Neally turned left directly into the path of the motorcycle operated by Terry Hill, of Lindley. Hill, the Lindley-Presho volunteer fire chief, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Neally was arrested on DWI and other traffic charges. He was sent to Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail.
The case will now be presented to a grand jury.
