On October 13, State Troopers charged 23-year old Reg Mangru of Bronx, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, possession of an open container and a seat belt violation.
Mangru was stopped on State Route 5 in the Town of Aurelius. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Mangru was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .11.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on October 17.
