On October 14, State Troopers charged 38-year old Delia Randall of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, insufficient turn signal (less than 100 feet) and inadequate plate light.
Randall was stopped on Woodlawn Avenue in the City of Auburn for using an insufficient turn signal and having an inadequate plate light. She was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Randall was transported to the Auburn barracks, where she provided a breath sample of .09.
She was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Auburn Court on November 2.
