An 18 year old Seneca Falls resident was arrested by Seneca Falls Police Tuesday following a reported domestic incident that occurred in August.
Malik Perry is accused of subjecting the victim to unwanted physical contact during an argument, reportedly applying pressure to the victim’s neck. Perry was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing.
As police arrived to arrest Perry, 19 year old Raven Mumford answered the door for police but then allegedly slammed it when she was told why police were there. Mumford then told police Perry was not at the residence even though police already had acknowledged Perry was inside. Mumford was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
Both were sent to the Seneca County Correction Facility to await arraignment.
