On October 12, State Troopers arrested 46-year old James McIntosh of Weedsport for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, possession of an open container, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone and moving from the lane unsafely.
McIntosh was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett for talking on a mobile phone while driving and moving from the lane unsafely. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.
McIntosh was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .12.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sennett Court on October 17.
