To provide continued focus on the powerful economic potential of the Finger Lakes Region, Locate Finger Lakes will host a Summit on Tuesday, October 30th at the Emerson Park Pavilion, on the shores of Owasco Lake in Auburn. The Summit will run from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
The Summit will feature speakers and presentations from the private sector, economic development professionals from across the Finger Lakes, university based leaders in food production, and other regional leaders.
“Locate Finger Lakes is proud to host this Summit to place focused attention on the many exciting job potential initiatives now circulating in our beloved Finger Lakes region,” said Jack Bisgrove, founder of Locate Finger Lakes.
Discussion will focus on key job development initiatives now underway in the region, including the newly formed New York State Center of Excellence in Food and Agriculture. Speakers will also outline new business competitions and other examples of regional economic development projects. The conference presenters and schedule will be announced shortly.
