The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people Monday following a shoplifting complaint at Kohl’s in the town of Victor.
30 year old Kristin Demay is charged with petit larceny, conspiracy, criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Its alleged Demay worked in concert with 40 year old Rodney Randall, of Webster, to steal merchandise worth $325.97, possessed marijuana and other drugs, while providing a fake name to sheriff’s deputies.
Randall was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, conspiracy and criminal impersonation. Its alleged that he drove the duo to Kohl’s while having a suspended license, conspired with Demay to steal from Kohl’s and providing deputies with a false name. During the investigation, Demay and Randall were found to have multiple active arrest warrants out of the City of Rochester.
Both were sent to Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention.
