The Weedsport man that led police in a high speed pursuit in August was arraigned on more than two dozen counts Tuesday in Cayuga County Court.
Troopers were en route to a home in Conquest to execute a warrant for Brandon Millhoff’s arrest when they saw the 41 year old in his vehicle. Millhoff allegedly began the pursuit at the intersection of Route 34 and Emerson Road and ended just outside of the city of Auburn when police halted their chase over safety concerns. He is accused of striking three State Police cars during the pursuit with his vehicle, which was later found abandoned on Route 34 in Sennett. Millhoff was taken into custody in Skaneateles.
He pleaded not guilty to all counts, including four counts of criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies, along with 20 misdemeanors and three traffic violations.
Millhoff was sent back to Cayuga County Jail in lieu of bail.
