On September 30, State Troopers arrested 23-year old Brandon Roat of Stanley for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, failure to use designated lane and speeding.
Roat was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett for speeding and failing to use designated lane. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Roat was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .13.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sennett Court on November 7.
