Absentee ballots will decide the outcome of the Seneca County Court Judge’s primary races when the ballots are counted Thursday.
There are seven party primaries and all of them will be decided by the absentee votes. There were 405 absentee ballots issued and 266 were returned in time to be counted.
In the Republican primary Barry Porsch hold a 41-vote lead over Donna Cathy. In the Democratic primary David Ettman has a 53 vote lead over Porsch. The Conservative Party primary has Cathy with a 17 vote lead over Ettman.
The Independence, Green, Working Families and Reform Party primaries are also to close to call.
