A 32-year-old Wayne County man has been indicted on a charge of second-degree murder for an incident back in July that resulted in the death of a Lyons man.
State Police say 32-year-old Martin Smallwood and 42-year-old Camilo Robledo got into a fight in a parking lot in Lyons around 5:30 on July 21st. Authorities say Smallwood used a two-by-four to hit Robledo, who later died from his injuries.
Smallwood, who is also from Lyons, was originally charged with manslaughter. He remains in Wayne County Jail without bail.
