Democratic Congressional candidate Dana Balter will hold a town hall in Auburn at the Seymour Library beginning at 6 pm.
In an email news release received by Finger Lakes News Radio at 2:52 pm on Tuesday, the Balter campaign announced this is the third of four town halls held by Balter across the 24th District. The fourth will be held on Sunday in Oswego.
Balter says “(u)nlike John Katko, I want to hear from the people in the district–you can’t represent people you don’t listen to.”
Balter accuses Congressman Katko of staging a publicity stunt with his recent motorcycle town hall tour, and hiding from voters with “surprise” meetings, “giving only 24 hours notice to the public.”
