On August 25, State Troopers arrested 40-year old Martin Homer of Cato for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and inadequate head lights.
Homer was stopped on State Route 34 and State Route 370 in the Town of Cato for having inadequate head lights. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.
Homer was transported to the Auburn barracks where he provided a breath sample of .12.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Ira Court on September 10.
