A 33 year old Waterloo woman was arrested Thursday following the execution of a search warrant at her Fayette Street home.
A quantity of crack cocaine packaged for sale was allegedly found by members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department’s Narcotics Unit. Keionna Sapp was charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Investigators believe Sapp had been selling crack cocaine in Waterloo.
She was being held at the Seneca County Jail while awaiting arraignment.
