An arrest has been made to the driver involved in a high speed pursuit with State Police Monday night in Weedsport.
Troopers were en route to a home in Conquest to execute a warrant for Brandon Millhoff’s arrest when they saw the 41 year old in his vehicle. Millhoff allegedly began the pursuit at the intersection of Route 34 and Emerson Road and ended just outside of the city of Auburn when police halted their chase over safety concerns. The Weedsport man is accused of striking three State Police cars during the pursuit with his vehicle, which was later found abandoned on Route 34 in Sennett. Millhoff was later located in Skaneateles and taken into custody.
He is charged with reckless endangerment, three counts of criminal mischief, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possessing a hypodermic needle and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Millhoff was sent to Cayuga County Jail.
