More charges against the Liverpool man arrested by State Police this week for failing to finish a landscaping job in Canandaigua that he received 45-THOUSAND dollars in advance to complete.
22-year-old David Michel was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department on charges of grand larceny following the investigation into events that occurred in the town of Victor in early May. Michel is accused of contracting with a resident to perform landscaping and masonry work. He allegedly performed no work, purchased only part of the required materials and stole close to 69-HUNDRED dollars from the victims.
Michel turned himself in and was ordered to appear in Victor Town Court to answer his charges.
