A Geneva firefighter is being credited with saving the life of a drowning infant.
According to a post on the Hydrant Hose Company Number One’s Facebook page, “Joe Adulte was at the right place at the right time when he witnessed an infant drowning in a pool in the city of Geneva last week. Joe said his fire department training kicked in as he sprang into action. Fully clothed, Joe jumped in and pulled the drowning baby from the bottom of the pool. If it wasn’t for Joseph Adulte’s heroic actions, the outcome would have undoubtedly been different for the infant.”
