On July 16, State Troopers arrested 38-year old Ryan Donnelly of Sterling for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and unregistered trailer.
Troopers were dispatched to West Bay Road in the Village of Fair Haven for a report of a boat that fell off of a trailer. Donnelly was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Wolcott barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .10.
Donnelly was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sterling Court on August 1.
