A Central New York man is accused of failing to finish a landscaping job in Canandaigua after receiving more than 45-THOUSAND dollars to do so.
David Michel was arrested by State Police Tuesday on grand larceny charges. The homeowner allegedly gave the 22 year old Liverpool man three checks as an advance for material in May. Investigators say Michel, who does work under the name “Appearance Concrete,” did not order any material, complete any work or return the deposit to the homeowner.
He is being held in Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
